When I was home for Christmas, I made far too many trips to Sephora (thanks, makeup addiction) and while the result was that I finally got upgraded to VIB Rouge (it's the little things), my bank account certainly took a hit.
On my last trip (which was actually the day we flew back to Scotland), I was wandering the tiny aisle of doom--otherwise known as that area by the checkout with all the enticing minis--and I grabbed this travel size of the Tatcha Luminous Dewy Skin Mist on a whim, figuring it might be good for in-flight moisture.
So how does it perform?
The bottle itself feels frightfully luxe to hold--and it dispenses a super fine mist (after light shaking) that smells oh so gently of flowers. It's not heavily fragranced in the slightest. It provides a gorgeous moisture infusion that packs a punch in terms of hydration without being too heavy or sticky feeling.
It's perfect for an in-flight moisture refresher, but I also love using it as a refresher throughout the day, as a sort of toner, and to set my makeup. It doesn't look too greasy at all--just fresh.
Worth the hype?
This is a big YES from me. If you're not sure, pick up the travel size! It's perfect for keeping in your handbag, as well. In the harsh Scottish wind, it's great to have something on you to soothe your skin throughout the day.
